Palawan is consistently ranked among the world's most beautiful islands - and the Bacuit Archipelago, accessible only by boat from El Nido, is its most extraordinary corner. This eight-day itinerary is built around private access: a dedicated bangka and skipper for the full archipelago exploration, a private island camp with six overwater bungalows on a leased island, and a wreck-diving charter in Coron's famous Japanese shipwreck sites. The Big Lagoon's emerald waters, the hidden entrance to the Secret Lagoon, the coral gardens of Shimizu Island, and the dramatic karst formations of Cadlao Lagoon are all explored at your own pace, with no other boats in sight. The island camp operates on full board - all meals prepared by a resident cook using locally sourced seafood. The Coron finale adds a different dimension: the WWII Japanese shipwrecks are among the world's best dive sites, accessible to both divers and snorkellers.
