What to include

  • Your device platform, app version and any visible error message.
  • A booking reference when the question concerns an existing booking.
Keep your account safe

Never email a one-time sign-in code, wallet private key, recovery phrase, password, passport number or full payment-card details. Fortuna Travel support will not ask for them by email.
