How does the Rewards system work?
Every verified booking earns Rewards, Fortuna's community reward currency. Points accumulate across your membership and can be redeemed in the Rewards Hub for upgrades, experiences, and exclusive benefits.
Do I need an invitation to subscribe?
Yes, Fortuna is invitation-only. You will need a valid invitation code to create an account. You can request an invitation on our membership page.
How does the group tour draw work?
Each month we open a draw for an upcoming Fortuna group tour. Any member with an active subscription can enter. Winners are selected randomly and notified by email. The tour itself is included, at no additional cost.
Can I cancel my monthly membership?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Annual membership remains active until its current period ends.
