How does the Rewards system work?
Every verified booking earns Rewards, Fortuna's community reward currency. Points accumulate across your membership and can be redeemed in the Rewards Hub for upgrades, experiences, and exclusive benefits.
Do I need an invitation to subscribe?
Yes, Fortuna is invitation-only. You will need a valid invitation code to create an account. You can request an invitation on our membership page.
How does the rewards tour draw work?
Every member gets one free entry each calendar month and chooses which open draw to use it on. No subscription, purchase or payment is needed to enter. Winners are drawn at random, told by email, and join the tour at no cost. The official rules are on the Rewards Tours page.
Can I cancel my monthly membership?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Annual membership remains active until its current period ends.
